He has over 12 years experience of OODBMS database design and development in addition to experience in data integrity and quality, object-oriented design. He has managed the development of over a dozen systems and he has been the technical lead for the development and/or migration of over 20 others. With extensive experience of customer facing roles and field engineering Nic has significant commercial experience in supporting and driving new sales. As the technical lead on the project Nic has a Ph.D. in data quality and over 18 years experience in utilizing this expertise in software development and complex system design working on a range of projects. He is also an expert in smart phone development and augmented reality technology. Through constant training, updates and practical application Nic has in depth knowledge and experience of: OODBMS, RDBMS, graph databases, NoSQL, cloud, enterprise, SAAS.
